Nigerians must learn to read more

Someone once said that the best way to hide something from an African is to put it in a book.

This may sound racist, but given the huge disorder coupled with the massive illiteracy among the people, reading may just not be a priority.

This may also be the reason the “Memorandum of the State of Osun on the Review of the 1999 Constitution..’’ published on September 7 has, since 2012, been published without including Kebbi State.Errors like this would not have been hidden in a ‘book’ for so long, if we read more as a people.
