Nigerian London-based couple launches Udara London

A Nigerian London-based couple, Emeka and Faustina Anyanwu, have added to their list of joint business ventures, Udara London—an online fashion and lifestyle shop.

Faustina they were building partnerships with notable brands from Germany, Poland, Italy, USA, etc. to give their customers a memorable fashion experience.

She also noted that they are working with Nigerian and African fashion designers to produce ankara and other African stylish apparels.

Udara, in real sense, is the name of a unique African fruit.

Faustina said they chose the name because they wanted to showcase their Africanness, adding that Udara is easy to pronounce and has all the qualities they would like to achieve with the brand.

Mr and Mrs Anyanwu, who have four children, have been in business since 2012. They are co-founders of Faunteewrites publishing, C. Hub magazine, Divas of Colour, among others.
