Fifth-time-bound Senator, Delta South Senatorial District, Senator James Manager, has dedicated his victory at the Saturday poll to God, his arch opponent, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan and people of the district.
The Ijaw-born senator-elect of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) polled 258, 812 votes to defeat Dr Uduaghan of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who scored 125, 776 at the last Saturday’s National Assembly poll.
