One of the legislative aides of the Senate President in Kwara state, Hon. Busayo David, has offered to pay West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) examination fees for eleven secondary school students in Isapa community, Ekiti local government area.
Speaking during presentation of financial support to 25 primary school pupils of Okesa Community Primary School and Isapa Community Secondary School, Ekiti local government, Hon. David said that the gesture was part of complementing efforts of the state government at improving education standard.
The legislative aide, who said that WAEC fees of eleven secondary school students would be taken care of, added that tuition fees of the primary school pupils would be paid for the next three years.

“This initiative is my way of giving back to the community that has nurtured me, and I am fully committed to continuing this philanthropic act to promote free education in my community”, he said.
Hon. David, who expressed gratitude to senator representing Kwara South senatorial district, Senator Oyelola Ashiru, for making initiative possible, said that he was dedicated to supporting efforts of Senator Ashiru, who he said has made significant contributions to Ekiti local government and the Kwara South senatorial district as a whole.
“My main focus is on Ekiti local government,Okesa Community Primary School and ISAPA Community Secondary School, where I am working tirelessly to ensure that every student’s school fees and WAEC fees are covered.
“Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of these students and their families.”
