Leadership problems and Ikere dam’s fate

TO me, Nigeria is good, but many Nigerians are bad. It is pathetic that parochialism, provincialism and even ethnocentrism become endemic in the country and caused a lot of problems.

The problem of class struggle between the leaders and the followers can only be solved with sincerity.

Our leaders are myopic while their followers are irrationally saddled with the docility of politicians.

Iseyin is the fourth largest city in Oyo State with a population of 401,349 people. It hosts the Ikere gorge dam, yet Nigerians are suffering from poor electricity supply. It is saddening that Nigerian leaders cannot generate electricity from the dam to develop the town and the whole country.
