The Executive Chairman of Itire-Ikate LCDA, Hon. (Dr.) Ahmed Olanrewaju Apatira, has congratulated the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on her 64th birthday.
The council boss described Nigeria’s First Lady as a compassionate woman, kindhearted and a strong pillar of support for President Bola Tinubu.
According to him, Senator Tinubu is a passionate leader who has impacted many lives throughout her journey in both private and public life.
He said, “Senator Oluremi Tinubu deserves to be celebrated, especially on her birthday, given the quality and selfless service she has rendered to our dear Lagos State and to Nigeria in different capacities in both her private and public life.
“Over the years, our Amazon has etched her name in gold as an advocate of social justice, a philanthropist, a voice for the voiceless, and a kindhearted person as Senator when she represented Lagos in the Red Chamber for three consecutive terms, and now as First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
“Senator Oluremi Tinubu has shown her passion for the needy in our country, especially women and children, through several pet projects and empowerment programs she initiated during her tenure as First Lady of Lagos State and as a member of the Senate.
“She has also impacted many lives as the wife of the President through other projects, such as the Renewed Hope Initiative, to directly and indirectly bring succor and relief to many families.
“Senator Oluremi Tinubu is a great ambassador of our dear Lagos State. She has played critical roles in the growth and development of the state and Nigeria. We are proud of her achievements at both the state and national levels.
