SENATOR-ELECT for the Kwara South senatorial district, Arc Lola Ashiru has assured people of the area of better economic growth and infrastructural development.
Speaking with journalists in Offa on Sunday, the senator-elect said that the incoming administration would carry along people of the area in all activities concerning their development.
Arc Ashiru, who said that a programme would be designed to ensure all non- functional projects were resuscitated to enable people to benefit from them, added that a good and holistic assessment of the senatorial district would be done to ensure necessary corrections were carried out.

He said both technocrats and politicians would be incorporated in the scheme of things to ensure better development of the State.
Arc Ashiru also urged the people of the state to give their support to the incoming administration towards ensuring better development of the State.
On the issue of Senate leadership, the senator-elect noted that the incoming senators would not allow a repeat of what transpired in the present Senate to happen.
He said a minority party would not be allowed to lead those in the majority.
