The Immigration Service, Imo State Command has gotten a new comptroller in the person of Comptroller Mary-Joan Nwosu.
The 31st Comptroller Nwosu took over from the former 30th Comptroller Nkechi Ezugwu who has been transferred out of the command.
In a statement issued on Friday by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, Chiaka Okere, the new comptroller assumed office on 3rd January 2024
Okere said that the new comptroller who hails from Ngor-Okpala LGA of Imo State was transferred from Lagos State Command to Imo State
The Command’s PRO said that Mary-Joan Nwosu before her transfer to Imo Command was in charge of visa and residence at Lagos State Command.
According to him, the new comptroller assured to build on the existing synergy between her command and other sister agencies in the state.
