HEBN Publishers Plc not shut by Oyo Govt tax officials – Management

HEBN Publishers Plc has debunked allegation that its company was shut down on Thursday October 4, 2018 as reported in national dailies on October 5, 2018, under the title “18 other firms sealed off by Oyo state government.”

General Manager, Human Resources, HEBN, Dejo Fadeyibi who clarified the true position to the Nigerian Tribune on behalf of the management, in a statement, said that the tax officials that only visited the company but had to leave immediately after they were shown the evidence of payment.

He said “though the tax officials visited, but we were never shut as soon as we showed them evidence of payment.”
