The founder of Hillview Music Label, Henrietta Thompson, has called on Nigerian youths to explore their inborn skills to navigate current socio-economic and political challenges in the country.
Henrietta, who made this known in an interview with journalists, said that while there was no doubt that pulling through at this time was challenging, it could be rewarding if one remained focused.
According to her, youths with musical skills “can serve as a powerful outlet for self-expression, creativity and resilience.”
The musical expert further stated that Hillview Music, which was brought on board by a group of passionate young people in 2022, had established itself as a powerhouse in the Nigerian music industry.
She said that while there was no doubt that it started with some teething problems, with resilience and hard work, it had become a prominent music label in Nigeria.

“As young talents navigate the complexities of the music industry, they have the opportunity to amplify their voices, share their stories, and connect with audiences on a deeper level.
“The company’s journey began with a vision to create a platform with a focus on nurturing talent, fostering creativity, pushing boundaries, and showcasing the rich diversity of music to a global audience, she said.
While highlighting the strive for excellence, the expert said Hillview Music’s commitment to quality and creativity had attracted a number of talented artists, producers, and songwriters.
“Hillview Music is now home to an array of recording artists, including Gospel Super Star Victor Thompson, rising star FOMA, and Ehis the Greatest.
