The Chairman of the group, Chief Ossy Afulukwe was speaking shortly after an empowerment programme at Nimo by Dr Pete Ibida, representing Njikoka One Constituency in Anambra State House of Assembly.
Chief Afulukwe who extolled Dr Ibida for staying in touch with the people throughout his first term, added that he deserves to continue with his people-oriented programmes and projects as a two-time member of the state Assembly.

The group frowned at people who lose touch with the needs and yearnings of the masses once they get into office, pointing out that they would checkmate activities of treasury looters and people with inordinate ambition.
According to him, Njikoka representation will not be sacrificed on the altar of zoning, which was never agreed upon by the communities in the area.
