In a bid to bridge the unemployment gap in the country, a financial services company, TradelandFx has set in motion a process to create job opportunities for young Nigerians who are earnestly seeking gainful employment.
Already, the company which has been operating in Abuja for two months has hired 50 employees, and plans are in the offing to recruit 500 more workers before the end of the year, and another 2000 employees, cutting across Africa by 2024.
This was disclosed by Mr Felix Alarigbe, an Economist with TradelandFx in Abuja over the weekend, when the company briefed journalists on its operations.
According to him, the firm has over 200 instruments on its platform that would made available to those willing to engage the services of the company.
He informed that the company offers the solution to the numerous current economic challenges in the country via trading in the financial market, which helps people to make more money and begin a journey to financial freedom.
An executive of the company, Mr Samuel Oladipo, said the firm offers the perfect skills and environment for people to connect with the financial market, according to the Bank for International Settlement (BIS), FX is being traded $6.6 trillion daily in the market.

As part of its corporate social responsibility, TradelandFx plans to donate 2.5 per cent of its yearly total revenues to charity through the empowerment of rural women with farming tools and training of young people in IT.
“It’s all about wealth creation and generation. We will go to the rural areas to empower women with working equipment, like farm tools and computers to children willing to take up IT and get instructors to train them in how to use the computer,” he explained.
