Experience Vision Creations (EVC) has marked its fourth anniversary with the recognition of staff members for outstanding performance, loyalty and contributions to the growth of the company.
The anniversary celebrations, which ended on Tuesday, September 29, were held under the theme “4 × 4”, reflecting the company’s fourth year of operation.
As part of the activities, staff members voted in four award categories — Growth and Impact, Ownership, Excellence and Culture Fit — with winners and runners-up recognised at the anniversary event.
Mahmud Babatunde emerged first in the Growth and Impact category, followed by Divine Oyesanya and Ajayi Mary, while Olubori Olumide won the Ownership Award. Akindele Oyetade and Mahmud Babatunde placed second and third respectively in the category.
Babatunde also won the Excellence Award, with Akinola Damilola and Divine Oyesanya taking second and third positions.
In the Culture Fit category, Akinola Damilola emerged first, followed by Akinola Oluwaseun and Jimoh Raliat.
The Group Managing Director also presented special awards to staff members in recognition of their contributions in different areas.
Jimoh Raliat received the Versatility Award, while Adebayo Zainab was named Star Performer. David Olopade received the Innovation Award, while Femi-Adesina Ajolayo was named Rookie of the Year.
The company also recognised its top four performers by figures. The recipients were Hafsat Tolani, Ekundayo Olamide, Mahmud Babatunde and Olorunsola Oluwaseun.
Five staff members were also recognised for being the company’s longest-serving employees. They were Jannah Fridausi Aliyu, Shiru Rofiat, Ekundayo Olamide, Olubori Olumide and Mahmud Babatunde.
The company said four recipients were initially expected in line with the “4 × 4” theme, but a fifth person was included because the fourth and fifth longest-serving employees joined the organisation on the same day.
The event also coincided with the birthday of the company’s Human Resource Manager, Akinola Damilola, who was celebrated by colleagues.
The anniversary activities ended with the cutting of the anniversary cake, followed by further interaction among members of staff.
The event marked the conclusion of EVC’s month-long fourth anniversary activities, which focused on the company’s four-year journey and contributions of its staff.
