Despite being smart and having high spirits, De’el struggled to prove his capabilities. When he started working as a network marketer, he juggled from one job to another to learn while also earning a stable income. Even though he learned different skills from working at multiple companies, such as public speaking, personal development, and lifestyle marketing/attraction marketing, it wasn’t until years later when De’el finally got the opportunity of a lifetime.
Thus, it took him a lot of effort and time to finally be able to achieve his goals. As a result, De’el did not want the same for other people striving to pursue their goals. When he saw his two cousins struggling in the music industry for a combined 25 years, De’el made it his goal to help them and all other talented musicians so that they don’t have to wait as he did. That being so, one of the important features of Better Than Amazing Records is that it pushes all talented musicians into getting them heard around the world.
While pursuing their dreams, De’el knew that often people go through financial struggles. For De’el himself, one of the most important goals of his life was to achieve financial freedom as he was always a target of poverty. There were times when he had to work 5 jobs throughout his high school years while selling clothes out of the trunk of his car and also later had to donate plasma for gas money and food.
Thus, he knew how trapped one feels when their potential is caged because of lack of money. Therefore, De’el made it his goal to assist as many people as possible. His record label provides musicians with proper equipment, studio time, and a marketing facility so that they don’t have anything to worry about.
