My blood sugar is in the upper stage of normal. I want to know how to control it so it does not get to a dnagerous level.

Chris (by SMS)

First I would recommend having regular test don’t either by your self or by a trained doctor to see if you need to keep an eye on your blood level. In addition, there are some common causes that can cause your blood sugar levels to be to high.

Some of these include being less physically active then usual or not working out enough having as well as having a high stressed job that can cause you level to raise unpredictably at certain time’s.  Eating too much sugary foods or high sugar drinks on a regular basis can also cause high blood sugar problems.

The key to lowering your level’s in this case would be to work out a little more keep a fit and healthy routine and lower you sugar in take on certain days or a day to day basis until your blood sugar levels stabilize.

You can also get diabetic medication form the doctor to help control and lower your sugar level. The last action is to try and reduce the amount of stress your life by taking time to relax more.
