I want to know if coffee has any positive health impact. If so, kindly let me know the healthy daily coffee intake.

For most healthy adult men, a healthy daily coffee consumption is generally considered to be up to 4 to 5 cups per day, or a maximum of 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine. This amount is not associated with negative effects for most people and may even offer health benefits.
However, individual tolerance to caffeine varies, so it is important to listen to your body. The safe upper limit for most healthy adults is 400 mg of caffeine daily.
This generally equates to: Four cups of brewed coffee (an average 8-ounce cup has about 95 mg of caffeine).
Moderate consumption (around 3-5 cups daily) has been linked to a lower risk of certain conditions, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, liver disease, and Parkinson’s disease.
However, some individuals are more sensitive to caffeine and may experience side effects even at lower intakes. These can include anxiety, jitters, a fast heartbeat, digestive issues, or trouble sleeping (insomnia).
