In many homes, due to space constraint, bathrooms are used to store a variety of items usually in limited space. As a result, there is a need for creativity in arranging things so that the space does not end up looking like a wet junk yard.
There is indeed a need for solutions that provide easy access to daily necessities while curbing clutter. This can be achieved following some basic steps.
Concealed bathroom storage: Makeup, lotions and other bath and beauty products can be taken off the counter and out of sight with the use of a basic medicine cabinet; it allows you keep a wide range of materials behind the mirror.
Built-in vanity storage: The vanity’s shallow drawers offer a few extra inches of floor space without giving up much storage capacity; the larger cabinet area below the sink hides cleaners and other bath need without wasting space.
Drawer dividers: This provides a good way to keep things from becoming jumbled together to create a mess; with these, you can quickly find what you need in the morning and also reduce over purchasing since everything is easily visible.
Open bathroom storage: This brings order to open shelves with pretty baskets and trays. Sort items by category, such as shower supplies, hair styling tools, and surplus soaps, and stash them in appropriately sized baskets. Attach labels to the fronts as a reminder of what goes where.
Bathroom drawer storage: You can use different bathroom drawers to serve specific needs; each compartment makes it easy to keep products with similar uses together and out of sight.
Floating shelf bathroom storage: For bathrooms that lack countertop space, a floating shelf is a way out. Daily necessities can be kept out in the open in a stand-up vanity. A floating shelf and a small mirror hung at face-level is the perfect place to hold your nightly routine products while beauty products can be kept in a shelf.
Wicker basket storage: There are everyday items that can be used to organise the bathroom instead of expensive storage solutions. Items like pottery bowls, serving platters, baskets, tin buckets, and glassware offers practicality and character that can be used for bathroom storage. Leftover packaging containers and jars can also be given a facelift with decorative papers.
Repurposed storage cabinet: You cab repurpose items originally designed for other uses instead of throwing them out or allowing them to rot away. Old trunks can be used to positioned in a corner on a stand to keep towels or cleaning supplies.
