IMO Record label music maestro, Elias Sunday Ogbu, also known as Ellyman during the week, ,paid surprise visits to some streets in Lagos State, distributing food items to residents to spice up their Christmas celebration.
The gift items which included branded bags of rice and other food items reached the hands and minds of residents of Makoko, Yaba and Tedo Gbame in Ajah, who came out in large numbers to receive the gifts.
The budding music producer and songwriter, who is currently making in roads into mainstream music with the recent release of the single, Got the Money, performing at the Nigerian Models and Achievers Award 2016 and Glamour Award that held in Lagos,said the gesture was in the spirit of the Yuletide season and his way of giving back to society.
Ellyman and his team also visited the community head of Tedo Gbame in Ajah who expressed gratitude for gifts and his heart of gold.
Formerly based in Minna, Niger State, Ellyman, who commenced his career in music six years ago with the release of his first song, Arise O Africa in Ghana, relocated to Lagos to promote his music.
