The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), has called on its agents and supporters to reject the use of photocopied voting materials by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in some parts of Bayelsa State, especially in the Tombia community.
According to the state chairman of APGA, Brisibe Kpodoh, who spoke to Tribune Online, voting is yet to commence in Ward 11 Unit 13 located at Community Primary School (CPS) in Tombia, and they are ready to call for the cancellation of the election in the area if nothing is done by the INEC.
Speaking further, Kpodoh said that his party agents have also recorded cases of intimidation of its agents and supporters in units 5, 6 and 1 of ward 3 located in Odi Community, Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government Area.
However, findings by Tribune Online showed that accreditation and voting commenced on record time in Odi Ward 2 Unit 10, Yenagoa Constituency 2 Ward 7 in Gbarain and Ofoni Ward 4 Unit 6 as voting materials arrived very early.
