This is the claim of a People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain in Delta State, Chief Sunny Onuesoke, in a statement made available to journalists on Saturday in Warri, Delta State.
Onuesoke averred that the APC is fighting itself, the people and lawless as it has consistently refused to obey court orders.

He said while other parties conducted their primaries peacefully, APC’s primaries, at all levels, were bedevilled with one unending crisis or the other.
“As I am talking with you right now, the party is still struggling with internal crisis that emanated from the primaries when the election is two months away from here.
“Such party that cannot put its house in order is not fit to rule the people,” Onuesoke stated.
“Just imagine where President Buhari and the Chairman of APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomole were at variance in ditching out orders.
“While the party is asking aggrieved members to withdraw their cases from court, the President is asking them to seek redress in court. This is to tell you how confused the party is,” he stated
He accused the ruling party of not obeying court orders, stressing that although former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, has been granted bail on at least six different occasions by various courts, the APC government has persistently refused to comply with the court orders.
Onuesoke maintained that the most absurd of human rights violation by the APC administration is its treatment of Ibraheem El-Zakzaky, leader of a Shiites group who has been in detention without trial for the last two years.
He said the freezing of the account of suspected looters by the ruling APC government was also another act of lawlessness by the party, wondering why an account of someone who has not been found guilty by the court should be frozen.
The PDP chieftain charged Nigerians, irrespective of creed, class or sectional persuasion, to be on alert and vote in PDP that is truly desirous of national unity, respect for rule of law and development of the Nigerian state in the 2019 general elections.
“PDP is a party that respects rule of law. Nigerians have tested APC and discovered that they have have been caged. They should vote in PDP in 2019 so as to get back their freedom. A vote for APC is a vote for another four years of imprisonment,” he disclosed.
