The Anambra State Government has unveiled Seaview Estate in Amansea, Awka, marking Raphmaths Estate Limited’s fourth project in the area and underscoring its drive toward structured residential development in the state.

The estate was inaugurated on Friday, February 13, 2026, by the Anambra State Deputy Governor, Okechukwu Ibezim, who commended the firm for strengthening private sector investment in the state’s real estate sector.

He said the improved security landscape in Anambra, following the end of the Monday sit-at-home disruptions, has helped restore public confidence and economic activity.

He added that the government is intensifying efforts to address flooding and erosion, key concerns affecting infrastructure and property development.

Describing Seaview Estate as a viable investment, the deputy governor urged Nigerians at home and in the diaspora to take advantage of opportunities in what he characterised as a peaceful and steadily developing environment.

Earlier, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Raphmaths Estate Limited, Prince Ojiribe Rafael Chukwudi, said the project represents a deliberate step toward redefining infrastructure standards in the South-East.

He noted that Seaview Estate signals a new phase of urban expansion in Awka, anchored on modern layouts, reinforced security systems and sustainable infrastructure planning.

“Our vision goes beyond selling plots of land. We are building structured communities that offer stability, security and long-term value,” he said.

According to him, the estate features well-designed road networks, organised layouts and long-term infrastructure planning designed to ensure durability and sustained returns for investors.

In his remarks, the Traditional Ruler of Obosi and Chairman of the Anambra State Traditional Rulers’ Council, Chidubem Iweka, praised the Raphmaths chief executive for his foresight and commitment to development.

He said he had known him for more than three decades and expressed pride in his accomplishments.
