To ensure steady power supply and efficient service delivery, Anambra State Government has donated 30011 KVA transformer to Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), Awka, Anambra State. Tribune Online gathered.
Presenting the transformer at Governor’s Lodge, Amawbia, Awka, on Tuesday the State Commissioner for Public Utilities Engr. Emeka Ezenwanne said that the State government would continue to partner with media establishments for rapid development of the state.
He, then, solicited for support and cooperation of the media in moving the state forward.

The commissioner called on journalists to adhere strictly to ethics of the profession to enable the people to have absolute confidence in their activities and programmes.
General Manager of the station, Mrs Olaide Ajala promised that the transformer would be judiciously utilised for the purpose for which it was donated.
Mrs Ajala commended the governor for achievements recorded so far in the state and for carrying media organisations along in the discharge of his duties.
She prayed to God to grant him wisdom and strength in all his endeavours.
