Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State has said he was not under any tension whether he loses or not after casting his vote at his unguwar sarki polling unit.
He said his major happiness was that President Buhari was re-elected.
“The most important thing is that President Muhammadu Buhari has won, so even if I lose I already have a job, it is my staff that are worried. I always crack this joke with them”.
As at the time of filing this report, he was still on the queue, waiting patiently to take his turn to vote.

However, the turn out of voters was not as impressive as it was during the presidential election as at the time of filing this report.
While, the Senator-elect representing Kaduna Central, Alh Uba Sani has said the turn out was impressive as people as come out early to vote.
He also said he was optimistic that the el- Rufai will win the governorship election because of what he did to the state, saying, from the feelers we are getting if 10 people vote, 8 people voted for us.
