President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, avowed that his government had recorded appreciable success in the fight against Boko Haram and was poised to fully win the war against terrorism in Nigeria.
Buhari who gave this assurance on his twitter handle, @MBuhari, said the people of the North East, among other Nigerians, could attest to the remarkable improvement recorded by the incumbent government in the fight against Boko Haram.

Though he noted existing challenges in the battle to quell terrorism, he avowed optimism that government will surmount the obstacles to emerge victoriously.
“In spite of the challenges we’ve had, people in the North East know that we have recorded remarkable improvement in the fight against Boko Haram. There is no doubt that we will fully overcome these challenges and win the war against terrorism in Nigeria,” Buhari tweeted.
