Presiding Bishop of the Sword of the Spirit Ministries, Ibadan, Oyo State, Bishop Francis Wale Oke, will today ordain about 200 men and women as ministers in the ministry.
This, it was gathered, will form part of the activities to celebrate the 39th Holy Ghost convention of the ministry scheduled to commence next Sunday.
The week-long convention with the theme, ‘Abundant Rain’, will hold from August 29 to September 5.
Categories of those to be ordained include senior pastors, pastors, ministers, deacons, deaconesses and elders.
According to the church, the convention will take place at the campus of the Precious Cornerstone University (PCU), Garden of Victory, Old Ife road, Ibadan, and will also feature breakthrough service, musicals, signs and wonders, crusade, vigil on Friday, September 3, while it will be rounded off with a thanksgiving service on September 5.
Tribune Church News also gathered that Bishop Oke will lead the pack of other popular clerics scheduled for the convention for the week-long convention.
