It is said that a single cat can hardly survive in a pit full of pythons. The Federal Government must not allow criminals to continue killing innocent citizens of Plateau State; the situation in that state is a national tragedy. It is time to ask the Federal Government some questions; are these criminals more powerful than the presidency? Who is sponsoring these criminal acts of killing the innocent people of Plateau state? How will the people of Plateau state survive this onslaught with the ineffective protection from security agencies?
Many citizens of Plateau State have continued to relocate out of fear from continuous attacks while criminals are having a field day. It is the responsibility of the Federal Government to protect lives and property of its citizens. Enough is enough. What offence did they commit to warrant death?
I think what the Federal Government can do to forestall the reoccurrence of these senseless killings in Plateau State is to relocate the office of the Inspector General of Police from Abuja to Plateau State and ask him to stay there until these criminals are arrested and brought to justice as the Commissioner of Police in Plateau state cannot handle this alone.
