I congratulate the Oyo State governor-elect, Engineer Oluseyi
Abiodun Makinde, on his victory in the March 9 governorship election, I also task him to deliver on his campaign promises and also deliver good governance.
I want him allow himself to be led by the fear of God and beware of sycophants around him. He should rely on God in the day today administration of the state.
The Governor- elect should also pay attention to the plight of pensioners in the state, employ graduates and reinstate civil servants illegally sacked while also ensuring prompt payment of salaries to civil servants.

I want to enjoin all Nigerians leaders and the led, to abide by democratic principles, eschew all forms of indiscipline and corruption and remain resolute rather than lose hope in the struggle for a better future and nation.
The Governor-elect, should also tackle the lingering issue of hunger, poverty, hopelessness, unemployment, decay infrastructure, high cost of goods and services and abandoned projects. He should open his doors for suggestions, ideas and advice on how to take Oyo State to greater heights, as better times lie ahead of us.
The Governor elect should not see himself as Governor of a political party but of Oyo State. He should remember the electorate that brought him to power and not inflict them with pains.
