The award ceremony held in Lagos was to honour excellence, innovations, creativity and professionalism in brand practice in West Africa.
Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc won the ‘Best Digital Innovation Insurance Company of the Year’ in the gold category award for customer service excellence.
Segun Bankole, DGM/Head, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, alongside Deborah Ugbaje, AGM/Head, Lagos Area Offices, Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc, represented the company at the West Africa Innovation Awards 2024.
