The politician recently exhibited his love for the game of golf when he joined the lady golfers at the prestigious Ibadan Golf Club to celebrate the annual 2019 Ladies Open.
Makinde, a prominent member of the IGC, played nine holes none competitive golf game on Thursday, five holes on Saturday and also graced the closing ceremony of the two-in-one event that holds once a year in Ibadan.

The governor-elect, accompanied by his wife, Tamunomini, was warmly welcomed and he restated his commitment to the activities of the club and development of golf by giving the game good attention in terms of promotion and funding when he officially resumes as the Oyo State Governor.
