Presidential panel sues Reps over probe

THE executive arm of the Special Presidential Investigation Panel for the Recovery of Public Property is kicking against the planned probe of its activities by the House of Representatives.

The panel has subsequently dragged the federal legislature to a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, to stop the probe.
