The communique reads: “We are using this medium to commend the acting national chairman of our party, Mai Mala Buni for his understanding. Our party is a party to beat in 2023. We appeal to our members to embrace peace for the future of our great party.
“Baba Akin Oke is a respected leader of our party but we are disturbed by his recent statement on the crisis rocking our party. To put the record straight, the man who released the harmonised list absconded when we invited him to the Bodija house of our late leader, Chief Adebayo Alao Akala. We never arrived at any harmonised list.
“We frown at some unpleasant remarks from certain quarters in our party. We hereby demand the harmonisation of all structures in the blocs of our party to move forward. It is expected to be angry but it is also expected to come together and resolve whatever grievances we may have against each other.”
