Oral B doles out N300,000 to promo grand winner

Soneye Michael Adedimeji, from Lagos, recently bagged the sum of N300,000, as the grand prize winner of the just-concluded  Oral-B national consumer promotion.

The consumer promotion, organised as part of the fifth year anniversary celebration of Oral-B in Nigeria, produced over 50 lucky winners, with prizes ranging from airtime, products, and cash prizes.

Assistant Brand Manager, Oral B, Mr  Folarin Ojo, stated that the National Consumer Promotion was designed to celebrate Oral-B’s five years of operating in the Nigerian market and appreciate its customers for their unflinching support over that period.

While reiterating the company’s mission of making lives better, he however noted that the enthusiasm and appreciation received from Nigerians, throughout the period of the promo bore eloquent testimony to the huge acceptance the brand enjoys among consumers in Nigeria.

He added that the brand, had, in the past five years, sponsored and partnered with government and private institutions, with the aim of supporting the oral hygiene of the average Nigerian.

“In addition, we have also visited various communities in Nigeria to provide free dental checks to people through the Oral-B Mobile Dental Clinic Programme, a programme that  reaches over two million Nigerians annually,” he stated.

Responding to the win, an elated Michael, who claimed he had earlier won some consolation prizes at the initial stages of the promo, noted that the transparency with which the promo was conducted would go a long way in adding credibility to lottery in Nigeria.
