As part of its expansion drive, International Hair Extension Company, ONYC Hair, has announced a plan to extend its services to more European countries like Germany and France soon.
Making the announcement during a press briefing, CEO of the company Thelma Okoro, said that the move was aimed at taking advantage of in the American and African markets.
With about 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Okoro announced that the company would also unveil a new line of wig collections soon.
Launched in 2007, ONYC Hair has grown to be one of the country’s leading luxury hair extension retailers, marked by the brand’s lustrous 100 per cent Pure Cuticle, Virgin and Remy hair products from around the world.
Okoro said she acquired her business acumen from her mother, who she described as her inspiration.
According to her, “Growing up in Nigeria, hard work and determination were the focus from a very young age. I took those ideals and applied them to every facet of my life, especially my business ventures.”
These values were also evident in Okoro’s tenure at The University of Abuja, where she graduated with a microbiology degree that influenced her decision to know every part of the hair business.
