People across diverse religious affiliations are mourning the killing of 22 Muslim faithful in Jos, Plateau state. It is still shocking that some heartless gunmen can open fire on innocent people coming back from the Annual Zikr prayer in Bauchi state to Ikare Akoko in Ondo state.
What has this country degenerated into? What senseless killing is this? I think it is time we as Nigerians stopped road travels except it cannot be avoided. Interstate travels have become a suicide bid and we should see it as that, if you have nothing of utmost importance to do, please stay in your state.
.As it is now, gunmen have taken over Nigerian roads; this is barbaric and wicked. Things are getting worse in Nigeria every day. Armed robbers and kidnappers kill Nigerians at will on a daily basis. The fact is that something is totally wrong with this nation at the moment.
This senseless killing must stop. The Federal Government should listen to the public and the cries of the masses.
The Federal Government must do everything within its power to expose the killers of the 22 Muslims faithful and others.
