*Measuring cups
*Measuring spoons
*Cake pans or muffin paper
*Patchment paper
*butter to grease pan
Recipe
2½ cups of flour
1½ cups of sugar
¼ cups of cocoa
1½teaspoon baking soda
1½teaspoon baking powder
3 large eggs
I cup of whole milk
½cup of good vegetable oil
1teaspoon vanilla flavour
½teaspoon coffee ( optional)
2table spoons of grated chocolate (optional)
1table spoon of black trickle(optional)
1 cup of hot water
Measure out all the ingredients listed above
Mix all dry ingredients in a baking bowl
Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl
Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix well
Dissolve coffee and grated chocolate in 1 cup of boiling water and add to the barter immediately.
Mix and pour into already greased and dusted pans.
It is most ideal to use patchment paper to prevent cakes sticking to pans.
Cupcakes bake for a maximum of 15 minutes at low heat while the cake pan should be taken out after 45 minutes of baking.
