Ibadan, the Oyo State capital is revving up for the grand opening of Cruzer Lounge and Bristo, a new recreational centre and lounge which will be unveiled to the public on November 21 and 22.
The event has been one of the most talked about in Ibadan for weeks and with the D-day drawing close, socialites and night revelers are leaving no stone unturned to be part of the official unveiling of an edifice that promises to offer its patrons more than they bargain for.
While plans are being made by the founder of the place, Otunba Moses Adebayo, popularly known as Otunba Cruzer and his siblings to give the people value for their money, top hip-hop acts in Nigeria have been penciled in to storm the city to entertain guests that would be part of the unveiling.
Ibadan will play host to Mayorkun and Naira Marley while popular Dj, Dj Consequence would be dishing out songs to the delight of the guests from within and outside the city. The sprawling edifice also houses a sit-out bar, club, gym and spar as the business owner described it as a “place where everything one desires is provided”.
Speaking to R about the event, Marley said he could not wait to be in Ibadan for the show, adding that those who love his music should not be left out of the fun that would be unleashed in the city in the next one week.
In his word, Mayorkun hinted that being the headliner for the unveiling makes him happy as he has always loved to be in Ibadan to entertain his fans who have never ceased to show him great love anytime he comes around.
Otunba Cruzer, in his short speech said “We have planted something extraordinary in the heart of Ibadan and we want everybody to be part of this wonderful experience as we unveil our lounge and club to the public in style”.
