Kindly let me know what to do to have healthy kidneys.

In order to have healthy kidneys, it is advisable to do the following; Drink enough water. Around 6 to 8 glasses a day helps your kidneys flush out waste easily. Eat less salt. Too much salt makes your kidneys work harder and can raise blood pressure.
Go easy on junk food. Packaged snacks, sugary drinks and fast food aren’t kidney-friendly. Don’t overdo protein. Eating too much meat or protein powders can stress your kidneys. Stay active. Walking, exercise, or any regular movement helps your kidneys by keeping your blood pressure in check. No smoking, less alcohol. These damage your kidneys over time.
Control sugar and blood pressure. High sugar or high BP can quietly harm your kidneys, so keep them in check. Listen to your body. If you’re swelling up, feeling tired all the time, or peeing weirdly, don’t ignore it. Get it checked.
Don’t pop too many painkillers. Regular use of pills like ibuprofen can harm your kidneys if overused.
