The prosecutor, Sgt. Adeniyi Famodimu told the court that the defendant committed the offence on March 1, at about 11 p. m. at Ayede-Ekiti.
According to him, Isah behaved in a disorderly manner likely to cause a breach of peace in Ayede-Ekiti by damaging two windows in the house of one Bola Okesola, for no just cause.
The prosecutor said that the accused person committed the offence, after several warnings by the Attah’s Palace and the police in Oye-Ekiti, based on his previous misconducts.
He said that the offences contravened Sections: 451,249 (i and d) of the Criminal Code, Volume 1, Cap C-16, Laws of Ekiti State, 2012.
The accused person, who was not represented by counsel, pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge of causing the breach of peace, levelled against him.
Chief Magistrate John Ayodele, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N50,000, with two sureties in like sum.
He adjourned the case until March 26, for hearing.
