Social commentator Isaac Fayose has proposed that activist and social critic Vincent Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), should be appointed as the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Fayose, who is the brother of former Ekiti State governor Ayo Fayose, argued that VDM’s leadership would prevent corrupt politicians from being re-elected.
“If una sure of unaself, politicians, make we put VeryDarkMan as INEC chairman, make we see who go come back, who no go come back. May God heal our country,” he added.
He made these remarks in a recent video shared on his Instagram page, where he further criticised the nation’s political system, asserting that corruption runs through every sector.
“Every sector in Nigeria is corrupted,” he stated.
