• Born on Monday, 19 May, 1947.
• He was an Emeritus General Overseer of the Foursquare Gospel Church, Nigeria.
• Married to Reverend Mrs Adeyinka Badejo, an equally educated and accomplished woman, in September 1974, they had six children together – Opeyemi, Damilola, Olaolu, Adenike, Oluwafemi, Oreoluwa.
• Dr. Badejo served as the third General Overseer of Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria for 10 years, 1999 to 2009.
• He was the chairman and founder of The Wilson Badejo Foundation (WBF), a non-profitable, non-governmental and non-religious foundation, which has its building principles on bringing succour to the hopeless and underprivileged of the society. WBF provides medical outreach, community development and youth empowerment.
• He planted about 2,000 churches under the initiative of Barley Harvest Church Planting; he also strengthened and built a good relationship with her international body, Foursquare Mission International (FMI), helping them also to reach out to souls outside the nation.
• The great preacher, Badejo, slept in the Lord on Saturday, August 7, 2021. He was 74.
