Contrary to reports that Fuji star, Taye Currency (Apesin), was admitted at the University Teaching Hospital (UCH)Â today owing to his recent return from the United Kingdom a few days ago and his performance yesterday at the People’s Democratic Party rally in Ibadan, one of his aides has assured that the musician is at home resting and among family members.

In a phone chat with Tribune Online, his aide, Tope, stressed that Taye Currency was hale and hearty and had observed strict health compliance while abroad and upon return to Nigeria on Tuesday night.
“Alhaji is fine. The rumour is unfounded and the work of the opposition”, he said.
