Before every great change, there’s a spark. For women across Africa, that spark is the ELOY Global Conference and Awards 2025, a celebration of audacious women turning dreams into revolutions and passion into power.

This year’s edition of the ELOY Global Conference and Awards will bring together trailblazing women from diverse industries who are reshaping leadership, innovation, and impact. It is more than an event; it is a movement that champions confidence, collaboration, and purpose-driven progress.

Dr Tewa Onasanya, the visionary behind the event, said, “Our mission this year is simple: to celebrate women who take up space boldly and to remind every woman that her voice, vision, and value matter. Confidently Audacious is more than a theme; it is a lifestyle.”

According to Project Manager, Ken Akinfolurin, “It will be a night of celebrating excellence and recognising women who dare to be different.”

The ELOY Global Conference and Awards 2025 also continues to attract strong support from brands committed to women’s empowerment, including Wema Bank, Sara by Wema, UAC Foods, LUSH Hair, and Laerryblue Media. Their involvement reinforces the belief that collective action drives sustainable progress.

Olanrewaju Alaka, CEO of Laerryblue Media, said, “What makes the ELOY Global Conference and Awards special is how it merges inspiration with strategy. It is where purpose meets progress and where women find new opportunities to grow, lead, and create change.”

The event will feature thought-provoking panels, fireside chats, and networking sessions designed to empower attendees to share ideas, form partnerships, and scale their impact. Beyond the glamour, it is about driving real transformation through meaningful conversations and connections.

Attendees will also experience interactive mentorship sessions that pair emerging female leaders with seasoned professionals across business, media, and technology. The program is designed to spark collaborations that translate ideas into action, ensuring that every woman leaves the event with renewed energy and practical tools to drive change.

As part of its commitment to celebrating impact, the awards segment will recognise women whose work has contributed to job creation, innovation, and social progress across the continent. From entrepreneurs to educators, the honorees reflect the unstoppable spirit of African excellence.

The conference will also showcase stories of resilience, innovation, and leadership, providing a platform for women to inspire one another and set new benchmarks for success. These narratives reinforce the idea that empowerment is contagious and transformative.

As excitement builds, anticipation is high that the 2025 edition will surpass expectations. The ELOY Global Conference and Awards remains an emblem of courage, confidence, and collaboration, a reminder that the future truly belongs to women who choose to lead with purpose.
