PRICEWISE Homes Nigeria Ltd, a sister company of TAF Africa Global, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Rivers State Government for the development of 20,000 affordable houses.
This ambitious project, named “GREATER TAF”, according to the Founder of Taf Africa, Mustapha Njie, would be built within a 1000-hectare land, conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Port Harcourt Airport with the greater city.
“The signing ceremony took place at the Government House, with the acting Administrator of Greater Port Harcourt Development Authority and the Attorney General signing on behalf of the Rivers State Government, while I had the honour of signing alongside Lucky Kawekwune on behalf of Pricewise Homes Nigeria Ltd,” Njie said.
He said it was an absolute privilege to have the presence of Governor Siminalaye Fubara and other government dignitaries at the event, which further highlighted the significance and scope of the project.
He said: “We at TAF Africa Global and Pricewise Homes Nigeria Ltd are committed to providing affordable housing solutions to the people of Rivers State, and we are grateful for the support and collaboration of the Rivers State Government in making this vision a reality.
