Nollywood actress Ini Dima-Okojie has opened up about her pregnancy journey, revealing that she carried her baby while dealing with multiple fibroids.

She shared her experience in a video posted on her Instagram page on Sunday, June 28.

In the post, the new mother reflected on the challenges she faced during pregnancy and expressed gratitude to God for seeing her through the journey.

Ini Dima-Okojie, who celebrated her birthday last week, said watching her body prepare for her son remains one of the most memorable experiences of her life.

“What a magical journey

“My lips cannot stop saying, Thank You, God!!!

“Looking back at these moments, I can’t help but smile.

“Watching my body make room for my son, and witnessing God’s hand over every step of the journey is something I’ll treasure forever.

“It wasn’t always easy. Carrying a baby while navigating multiple fibroids is a story for another day. There were moments that stretched me physically, mentally, and emotionally. There were days that felt really hard.”

The actress noted that many people often commented on how happy and radiant she looked during pregnancy, even though she was dealing with several personal struggles.

“Which is why it always makes me smile when people tell me, ‘You looked so happy,’ ‘You were glowing,’ or ‘You made pregnancy look so easy.’ If only you knew. 😊”

Despite the difficulties, Ini Dima-Okojie said her faith helped her through every stage of the pregnancy, including medical appointments and anxious moments.

“But God… He was faithful through every appointment, every anxious moment, every prayer, and every milestone. Looking back now, all I see is His goodness. Everything truly ended in praise.”

She concluded her message by offering prayers and words of encouragement to women who are trying to conceive, expecting a child or trusting God for their own testimonies.

“And for every woman trusting God for her own testimony, whether you’re trying to conceive, expecting, or simply holding on to His promises, I pray that your story will also end in praise. May God strengthen you, carry you, and remind you that He is with you every step of the way. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏾”
