President Muhammadu Buhari and his immediate predecessor, Dr Goodluck Jonathan are currently meeting behind closed doors at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Dr Jonathan arrived at Aso Rock about 11 am and went straight to President Buhari’s office for the meeting.

Even though the agenda was not disclosed, it may not be unconnected with Jonathan’s assignment as the head of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) political reconciliation group in Mali where there is leadership tussle.
The Jonathan – led committee had recommended the government of national unity in the country, which the opposition group had turned down the recommendation.
