Aston University, Birmingham, United Kingdom has encouraged Nigerians who are qualified for admission into both undergraduate and postgraduate studies to apply for space as admission process towards September resumption is still on.
The regional manager of the university for Africa, Mr. Babajide Ogundeji, gave this hint in a statement, saying the university also has scholarships worth between £3, 000 and £8,000 to offer the international students who have excellence academic records and meet other criteria for the purpose.
Acccording to him, Aston University provides industry and employability-focused learning experience for its students across levels and disciplines and from different backgrounds.
The university’s business school, he added, is also among few others globally that earned triple-accreditations from AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA.
“And that is why the university has placed a high premiim on equipping its students with knowledge and skills that would make them competitive in global market,” he stressed.. Ogundeji who pointed out that the internatiinal students have the opportunity of securing job placement of up to £15,000, said by that, they would earn income and also gain industry experience ahead of graduation.
He however, asked the prospective students to visit the university’s website given as www.aston.ac.uk, or the international scholarship page as www2.aston.ac.uk/scholarships for action.
