The university don said that Papa as the “charismatic man of God with fire in his bones” was fondly called deserved a national honour and recognition for pioneering Pentecostalism in the country, adding that the committee has approached some persons and was sure that its efforts will not be in vain.

Okhuoya said if a day could be set aside to honour the late American Civil Rights leader, the Rev Martin Luther King, the church also hope that one day, the federal government will also set aside a day to honour the late clergyman who did the country proud both at the local and international scenes.
