Ingredients:
- 1kg cooked and grilled goat meat
- Scotch bonnet (atarodo) as much as you can tolerate
- Green and bell peppers (optional)
- 2 large onions
- 2 seasoning cubes
- Salt to taste
Direction:
- Blend coarsely or chop the peppers and onion. Set aside.
- Chop the grilled goat meat into small chunks. Set a wok or skillet on medium heat.
- Add seasoning and salt to taste.
- Chop the second onion and add the meat and stir.
- Add some more chopped green pepper.
- Add chopped green pepper, stir and combine. Let this fry for 10 minutes.
