Bauchi State Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, Dr Aminu Hassan Gamawa has congratulated the State Governor, Sen Bala Mohammed on his victory at the Court of Appeal sitting in Jos, the Plateau State Capital.
It will be recalled that in a unanimous judgement delivered Friday, a five-man panel of the court led by Justice J.O. Bada dismissed the appeal by filed by the APC and its governorship candidate, in the last general election, Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar.

With this new development, the Commissioner declared that the time for partisan politics and negative criticisms are over and stressed the need for people of the state regardless of their political differences to join hands with the Governor to enable him to deliver on his campaign promises effectively.
He used the medium to thank the citizens of the state for their support to the administration and prayed Allah to bless and protect the Governor in the discharge of his responsibilities as contained in a statement by Muslim Lawal, Personal Assistant on Media to the Commissioner.
