The gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, Mr Seyi Makinde, has accused the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) of planning an inconclusive gubernatorial election in the state as was done in Osun State.
In a release signed by his campaign spokesman, Prince Dotun Oyelade, Makinde said some members of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) who he claimed had started harassing market men and women, had been mobilised to cause mayhem in PDP strongholds, which include areas in Ogbomoso, Ibadan, Ibarapa and Oke-Ogun.

According to the statement, selected card readers that will not function will be deployed to these areas to decimate the PDP votes as it was done in some southern states last Saturday.
But Seyi Makinde assured the people that their votes would count in the end and he would still win the election convincingly
He asked the people to troop out to vote and urged the security agencies and INEC to be unbiased umpires.
